<brony><original> Kyoga Sleeps [feedback, por favor?]

Postby colortwelve » 04 Jun 2012 11:53

When I started this track, it was supposed to be a ripoff of deadmau5's 'Cthulhu Sleeps,' but yesterday I opened up the project file and this happened. Not really proud of it, but I do like that I'm more or less getting into making dubstep now, so there's that.

Also, this song is for our lord and master, Kyoga. The title for this track came from the immense revelation in Spam Thread 2 that yes, Kyoga does in fact sleep (he just has a squad of Stormtroopers that do most of the posting for him  ).

overall pretty good.
My only 2 gripes:
1) During the second movement the bass could have been chosen better, but that's just subjective

2) I understand what you were going for with having your main melody stay the same while the midi changes, and the melody also changes but just by instruments the idea is good and all it's just usually that is better executed with a faster or more full melodic line. Since this is a slow song that is supposed to be soothing or something of the smilar, I would suggest fuller.
