<WIP><ProgHouse> In Need of general and specific tips!

This is pretty much my second song to create and my first experience with producing House, hope you enjoy it and thanks so much for the listen!

It has a lot of White Noise and Generic-ness so be ready.

I know the Noise is messed up in the beginning and the reverse clap is not perfectly timed :D
It's still very WIP

All critiques and advice is welcomed and sorely needed, this was made in Ableton Live.

Specific questions:
1. Can anyone give me help (Or link a video) on producing a good sub-bass for progressive house? I really don't like mine, I want something with more meat and grit (but not too much) but just changing the waves on Operator isn't really doing it for me.

2. Can anyone point me in the direction of creating BIG prog-house lead synths?

3. I want to add a ambientish pad at some points, but I have NO idea how to go about finding/making one.

4. I don't like my kick, please help.
