In general, maybe pick a better kick sample, or just EQ that clicking out the one you have. And your sound design could stand to be a bit better; unless you were going for an airy sound with your lead, I'd make it a bit bigger and more aggressive. Oh, and try to keep the samples from sticking out so much - you can do this by EQing, and then adding effects (I usually add reverb or a bandpass to fit vox in) until it sounds like it's naturally a part of the song.
On the intro: Maybe add a pad or something? At the very least, a downlifter at the end would be a good way to make it more interesting.
