Hey everyone, I'm back with another DnB attempt.



I think this is the closest I've gotten to that true drum & bass sound. It's almost definitely the best thing I've done so far. It's still not perfect though.

So, opinions?

Its a good start to a drum and bass piece, but it still needs a lot of work when it somes to eqing and mixing. Most DnB have more bass presence in their songs then your showing here, the cymbals and hats are too strong and take up a lot of frequencies. Your kick is almost unnoticable it needs to be brought to the front of the mix. Its a little reptitive too but thats not a huge problem.
