nah man don't be so self-conscious or self-doubting. it was a little low volume wise in the beginning but that quickly changed for the better. haven't heard the original but this is pretty good. the mastering is a little too airy (reverb?) maybe. say hi in the introduction thread and stay awhile and don't apologize for being new.

Yeah, it starts a little quiet. I was trying to make it build, which kind of worked...
And I find a lot of my stuff ends up being pretty airy. Um, it's a style thing. Yes, that's it. Style. Yeah.

Anyway, I checked in the introduction thread (which I'd managed to totally miss before...). This seems like quite a nice community. And if two out of two people who have given me feedback on my work liked it, I guess that's a good sign. Thank you, and I look forward to continuing to shamelessly put my music out here.
