I haven't heard the original, but I've listened to your remix just now, and It's pretty well :D I didn't like the sudden break at about 1:35 or so, and the violins/chellos/violas mixed in a bit weirdly, and the melody got quite chaotic after that, I wasn't able to follow it :) Also 2:34, that break came out of nowhere, try using more percussion and FX :) Really liked it though, once the beat started up, it was really good.

once it hits around :38 its pretty awesome (had me initially kinda worried) some really cool melodies, i really liked it for the most part. the breaks are alittle weird but nothing that noticeable unless pointed out. Great job!
