Came up with this the other day in a session. I like it, but know it's lacking something!

Grr...I've been playing around with all kinds of stuff, but it's all sounds wrong. I'm thinking maybe a lead or something, but all the sounds I try don't fit. What would you do? Any feedback?

It might be my speakers, but I reckon make the bass a little more pronounced.

I also think the drum beat is too quiet for the amount of thick texture it provides. Perhaps a notch louder?

Do both these by only a little. Too much, and you'll ruin the chill nature of the piece. Good job.

maybe you could have a pad in the background that could glue it all together. but i mean it does sound great as is! even if the vocals are a bit repetitive.
