Just Being Pinkie Pie

Postby CGEyeGuy » 13 Dec 2011 01:08

I am liking how my instrumental sounds, but I couldn't think of what vocals to add in.

Instrumental:

w/vocals:

As you can see since I only had two clips it got really repetitive really fast.
I am going to try to change that. Also the Pinkie Pie clip had other sound in it and I couldn't figure out how to isolate the voice. Any help in this?

Ahh... I believe what you want is an acapella of the episodes. Basically it is only the voices with no noises. Where exactly you would get the acapellas I actually don't know. (someone help me out here)

i've got links at home to the shows audio w/o background music (ie talking) for each episode. basically what they do is seperate the shows' audio through all the seperate channel seperations and the center speaker is all talking and the music is left and right channels. i'll find my bookmarks tonight when i'm at home and reply back to this (think i found them off an unrelated forum although they should be posted HERE). Please send me a pm as a remind and I'll post it tonight or tomorrow. :)

by the way the music acapellas (singing) are on the BIG 9g pony torrent (also offsite) if you ever want to track those down.

Yeah DBlue Glitch is a wonderful tool, only problem with it is the lack of control. I usually use FL Studio's SliceX or Audacity to take out single words. However I do use it to glitch the hell out of stuff.lol I just recommended this to a friend today when I found out he was going to start producing songs :D

Yeah never use dblue on its defaults of course (all random) but it sure is handy, slicex as you said is a great alternative too and doing it the old fashioned way for the same effect. :)
