My first time posting in this subforum so please tell me if I'm doing stuff wrong or could do better...

I challenged myself to make a remix in one day, and it didn't turn out so bad (I guess...)
Awoken is also one of my favorite tracks by Glaze/Woodentoaster/whatever and H8_Seed's vocals are pretty swell.

The melodies and rhythm as good, you did a good job composing this, but the drums need a major overhaul, as they've been way over compressed, if I'm hearing correctly. The kicks don't sound like kicks at all, and the hats barely sound like hats.

Pretty much everything that itroitnyah has said (dat snare) I agree with, but my main problem with this song is that it never really went anywhere.

0.10 - Alright, promising, let's see.
0.34 - Man this intro is really nice, little long, but meh.
0.43 - Okay, here we go...
0.47 - Or not. Okay, this intro has a vocal section...
1.08 - Nice, so that's where this is heading, looking forward to it.
1.33 - Alright, this is it, lets do this.
1.43 - ...wat.

After I listened to this a few times, I started to jump around the track, clicking randomly, and it all kinda sounded similar. It was all good, but it was all the same.

This is pretty good, love that bass, FM? The kicks are a bit muddy though and at some points the didtorted pads become overwhelming, but overall you did good.
