Nice. I'm liking the happy feel of this and it does sound like progressive house unlike me when I gave it a try hehe.
Some suggestions you should probably give a try if you haven't already is at 0:26 and 2:49, maybe try side-chaining that synth with the kick to give it a jumpy/pump feel since you're building up to the lead/chorus of the track.
Also I suggest maybe adding some regular or gated pads that follows the chord progression. Well that's more of a 'filler' type of thing but I dunno, maybe it'll work.
And finally after 2 phases during the chorus (16 measures), try adding a pentatonic scale and have that play very subtly in the background, just to give it more of a happy atmosphere.
Other than that, I like what I'm hearing so far. Unless you prefer it to be more 'quiet' than most others and not have so many different instruments and 'elements' thrown in there, I say all you should probably try doing is adding more small, melodic things to it. It'll help give a more happy feeling.
