I find this quite humorous in a good way, but that's probably because of the source material. The kick and snare up to 0:17 sounds flat. I think maybe a little compression, along with brightening the snare can bring it out in the mix more. The snare at 0:44 is better, but still not great, but I don't know why you don't use this snare throughout the song.
After 0:57, the song becomes rather muddy, and it's difficult to make out the individual instruments, and the samples become drowned out. This is especially the case in 1:50, and I think the use of samples brings character and context to this song, so I think they should be present, and clear in the mix. I think each sound in this song could use some equalizing to make it clearer. Boost the frequencies for each sound that matter, and lower the one's that don't.
I like the use of the samples. It makes me want to watch that episode again!
