<Original> Spring Nights in Ponyville (Easy Listening)

Postby DJDunDeal » 19 May 2012 17:04

Spent a good 10 hours 40 minutes on this track, after being inspired by a bit of trance and the like. The rain samples were a last minute idea, where I thought 'oh my god this track could have rain in it' when I was in the shower that morning. I'm proud of this one, I really wanted to get this one done well, with good variation to keep interest in the piece, and well balanced levels. I think, overall, it came out pretty well. There are some spots I could definitely improve, given a chance to re-release it.

Any constructive criticism/tips/comments are appreciated! :) Enjoy!

To be honest, I only just now realized how much that 'piano' actually sounded like a piano. All of these sounds (except percussion and the bassline) are just from 3xOsc, actually, whereas the bassline is from WASP.

I'm gonna see how these changes sound in FL, as a new version to the song. But, thank you very much! Detailed and quick, I like that, haha.
