I've only been working on this for two days and I need to stop and get some outside opinions before I mess something up. As much as I want to keep working, I'd love it if you guys could give some feedback.

I was going for something with a jazzy piano, but I also wanted to work in an orchestra for the highpoint. One of my biggest concerns is the intro, from 0:07 to 0:09. It sounds really awkward, but I wanna know what you guys think. There's also 1:47, whether that section stands out too much, if I should change it. Also, is there any other direction you guys think I should take it, is it too short?

I also need a name for it. I was thinking of something incorporating subways or trains, as well as high society/cities. Leaning towards Canterlot Underground, at the moment. I'm also compelled to name it Success Express, but that's just my stupid talking, again.

Anyways, I've got the sheet music up, if anyone wants to look.

I agree with you, from 00:07 to 00:09 it sounds awkward. Maybe you could remove those two notes or have a contrasting gliss there. The transition at 1:47 is ok. Though if this were to go in an actual videogame you should try to find a way to make it be able to loop smoothly. Maybe end in a progressive cadence that links to the beginning or that emulates the intro? Overall its sounds pretty sweet, though are you just using basic MIDI?

What I have up so far is just Finale Notepad's midis. I just want to get a feel for how other people think it sounds before I go and refine it. Gonna go see what I can do about the ending and intro. Thanks for replying!
