The panning from left to right is a bit weird in my opinion. I would perhaps at least make it more noticeable by speeding it up.

@0:52 the guitar drops a little bit in volume.

I absolutely love the vibrato at 3:00. :D

By the way: How did you manage to make the distorted guitar sound so soloish clean and smooth? Whenever i try to add distortion it always sounds very dirty and crumbly (amp as well as audio interface; the pickups shouldn't be the problem either). :(

you get a much better sound if you use a microphone. I use Audio Technica's AT2020 for my recording purposes.
