Just looking for some critique on this WIP, as I don't normally do electronic music. For some reason, though, the drums don't sound right without headphones. Not sure what I did there.

It's funny because I'm not actually that fond of Texas...

But as far as the dark part goes, I know the album said to make a song on a certain part of the community, so I chose our origins, the deepest, darkest place of the internet. Naturally, my second song will be much more upbeat.

Maybe make the bass instruments...more bassy? Not increase their volume or anything, just give them more...rumble? Fuu, electronic music terms are not my forte!

I think what you're trying to say is increase the low-end band EQ on the bass, so that it makes the ground shake, but don't increase so much that it muddies up the rest of the mix.

Ok I upped the low end EQ like you said on some of the bass instruments and added some bass where I realized I had none. How does it sound now?

Yes, way better, kicks now have a bit more rumble in them, can't truly hear anything else wrong with this, someone might spot something, but for now I got nothing. Good job!
