Hi all! Scherzando here, with a new piece - my own original work, this time!

This is a classical piece, and as the title suggests it's a waltz in... D minor. There's really not much more to say there, haha. This piece actually has a lot behind it, which you can find in the video's description. I'd copy-paste it here but it's a pretty darn lengthy description, and it'd just needlessly clutter the thread instead. I suggest reading it, however, as this piece was inspired by a fan fiction - specifically, Billy Colt's This Nearly Was Mine, which gives a lot of context for the piece and will probably make it a lot more meaningful. You only really need the first three paragraphs, though - but it wouldn't hurt to read This Nearly Was Mine (plus my little addition to it) as well, if you've got some time spare.

Anyway, enjoy!

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it =) I'm afraid the sheet music is only halfway complete, it only goes up to the end of the second section, but if/when I finish it I'll be sure to add it to the description.
