I don't mean to sound harsh, but it doesn't sound like there's much character to it. Usually for a loop type thing, there'd be like a quick and simple melody going through, but this sounds really "looped." Though since I don't know specifically what it's for, I could be off base, maybe you're going for something more amorphous. Also, there's a substantial amount of buildup in there that will end up repeating, which will get even more repetitive as it loops. Outside of all that, it doesn't sound bad, don't get me wrong, I just feel there should be more of a distinct melody to it. But that's strictly my opinion, don't let that conflict with your artistic/thematic ideas with the piece.
