Honestly can't help with mixing advice and stuff, but that was seriously cool. Just enjoyable to listen to all-around, and a lot of fun xD the vocals were used fantastically!

Not sure if it's 100% glitch hop, but it was definitely fun to listen to.

Sorry I can't offer more helpful feedback ^^;

Yeah, I can't help much with mixing either, although I would note that the vocals do occasionally get overpowered in the mix and get a bit muddy here and there; in addition, the supersaw chord hits were sometimes a bit too loud compared to the rest of the elements. In terms of sound design, basses and leads were top notch, and the little chiptune phrases really added a nice touch. I also gotta hand it to you in terms of how you made the nasty bass aesthetic of glitch-hop/midtempo work so well with a major chord progression; you managed to capture the essence of the song without straying far from the traditions of such genres. Overall, 13/10 not bad, I majorly grooved to this.

Drums seem to fit perfectly, but are a bit too loud.

Composition is neat, but the drop could have been better. More specifically, the second sound that comes in the drop, the wobble. It seems to be either too dry, or too loud. It kind of threw me off, and I didn't really like the sound itself too much either.

Personally, I think a vocal chop would sound much better there.

@Trixie: Thank you so much, I'm really glad you enjoyed it! That comment made my day : D

@Azerty: Thank you for feedback, and I'm glad you enjoyed it as well. You're right the vocals did get a little muffled at some parts, I've always struggled with mixing vocals haha! The supersaw chords were really surprising to say that they're too loud, but now that I listen to it, it does sound a bit overpowered. That is probably cause they're layered sounds rather just one big sound (like the wobbles). Gonna need to work on that too. Thanks again for the review x3.

@DJGaugen: Overpowered drums -> Awkward mastering. I know exactly how that happened, the limiter/maximizer I used has a transient recovery thing that I used, and it really amped the volume without distorting it as much, but it really exploded the drums. So I had to choose between a distorted mix, or overpowered drums, and I went with overpowered drums ^^; Not saying it's an excuse its just what happened, I'm sure there's a trick to this I'm not getting lol.
I've never been too good at drops, so I'm just happy it came out the way it did. That second wobble used some soundwaves that I've never really used before, so It was really odd, but I liked the way that it sounded so I went with it. The whole drop is actually more or less built around that sound rather than the other way around, so I guess that's why it didn't appeal to you as much.
I could have used a vocal chop, but I'm not too sure how I would accomplish that without it sounding thin (in comparison to the other, naturally thicker sounds I mean). Oh well, guess that means more practice! Thanks again for the review! : D
