I'll be honest, I'm not too keen on it. It sounds like you did a very generic background track and simply layered the original song over. The mix eats up a lot of the vocals, causing them to phase in and out of the soundscape. The rest of the melody also has a pulsing to it, making it pretty jarring. I'm not trying to be mean, so if you enjoy it yourself and other people agree with you, then stick with that. This is just my personal opinion.

Injustrial points out a lot of the same criticisms that I mentioned on YT. Part of the vocal mixing issue is not having a good vocal track to begin with, but even if you had good vocals, the frequencies would still be clashing in some places.
Other than that, the biggest issue I can hear is related to the composition itself, as it isn't really a remix per se. Remember, a remix is a reimagining of an existing song. That means you still have to maintain some quality of the original song that makes that song unique. In the case of the original Bats! song, the unique parts of the song include sudden and drastic phrase changes, the good (fluttershy) vs bad (applejack) battling nature of the verses, and the nursery rhyme style of the bridge.
No matter what genre you make a remix in, you have to figure out how you can incorporate those unique elements of the original song and make them work in that genre. That's the #1 main reason I don't like show remixes that are made so soon after the episode airs. There's a lot of brainstorming involved with figuring out how you're going to put your unique spin on the song, and just that usually takes a few days at least.
Plus, spending more days coming up with a solid idea for a remix also gives you more time to get a proper vocal track, instead of having to settle for a show-ripped version of it.
