As a general rule, making your basses stereo out of phase is frowned upon. Yeah, it makes them sound really loud and up close, and yeah, Omnipony does it all the time, but it really fucks with your mix by reducing space for things like hats and fx, and other stuff whose stereo fields your ears are more sensitive to.
I swear you've messed with the vocals so it sounds like Replacer is singing, "Tree of Harnomy." And I can't unhear it.
Compositionally, the tune is very simple. There's nothing wrong with that, but there are a few ways you can spice it up. Right now your bass rhythm is very static. Every bar is the same. You can vary this up a bit. I like to make two or four bar patterns with a different rhythm each bar. Frequently, every four bars, I'll have the very last note of the bassline jump to the fifth of the chord (this can also help with leading into the next chord if the chord changes on the next bar). Similar methods can be applied to your percussion, which also is very static.
Your snare could use a bit more on the highs. Just a bit. Enough to give it a bit more of a crack.
You win points with me for the Commodore 64 arps. I will forever be a sucker for those.
