Still working on redoing my old stuff.

Here's the original. Very fuzzy, sounds hollow and sort of "behind a door" plus some insane phasing issues.



And here's the new one. So far, I'm hearing things a lot clearer, with sharper leads and more decisive drums. I might be missing a few things, so suggestions are encouraged.

I have to say; the difference between now and then is astounding! I don't really care for the vocals, but they are still done well - though if I had to critique them, they sound like they have too much stereo spread from reverb on them. It kinda muddies the other sounds. I don't really know what else to critique - as I don't really listen to aggrotech - and I'm still waiting for my soundcard to arrive, so I'm using my Skullcandy USB headphones, which aren't exactly good for mixing...

There actually isn't any reverb on the vocals, but a fair amount of distortion and pitch shifting does make them less audible. It's a trope in Aggrotech and industrial, and an acquired taste that's not for everyone.

Thanks for listening in. Would you perhaps suggest merging the pan on the vocals? Right now, they're set to neutral with some fair amount of spread on the master channel
