I made this remix of the first song from S4, Hearts Strong as Horses. Hope you enjoy it! Please like and share the video if you do, it really helps a lot :) If you don't like it, please tell me why, I'd love to hear some advice.

Ok, so I actually really like it. You're right, It would sound much better with a decent acapella. Maybe someone on MLR could do that? I think I've seen them done before... Anyway, that's the only main problem I can pick out with it. In some parts it sounds a little odd to me when the synth completely cut's out just before the next chord, but that's probably because of the style of song, and isn't a bad thing.
The melody could have been changed up a little though throughout the song. You don't even have to change the main melody, just add some more varying things in there to spice it up a little in places where it seems to just repeat and repeat. I can hear slight variations and other instruments later on towards the end like a violin line and some bell chimes or something, but they sound more like they're from the original track rather than intentionally made by you.
Overall I liked it quite a bit. I'm still deciding whether I like the original or not, but the remix is pretty good. I think it would benefit quite a bit from a cleaner acapella and maybe some melodic additions/variations to give it a bit of a nicer texture.
Also I feel the need to point out that there's a noise in the acapella that sounds like my phones ringtone so I freak out a little whenever I hear it xD

I followed your advice, plus fixed the acapella (I downloaded the episode in 5.1 audio and luckily one of the 6 tracks had an almost crystal clear version of Scootaloo's vocals, so I combined it with the other two vocal lines and made it a lot better than before) and made the mixing and mastering 50 trillion times better. Thanks for the feedback! :D
