So after a month of faffing about trying to work out how to use my DAW i have given up.

Instead i sat down at my keyboard and just tried to make some thing completely separate from my computer. I hope it worked.

The song is basically about Apple Bloom getting her cutie mark, realising that it's just an apple (which is indicative of farm work until she dies), getting bummed out and finally thinking it's not so bad because she'll inherit the family hat.
