DasDeer - Road To Appleloosa (Western-ish tune)

Yo!
As with most of my tunes, most of them aren't really pony related; i do not use voice clips or samples from the show. I am however largely inspired by the show, and thus it is pony related to me, personally.
So, i've been working on this one for about a week now (been quite busy) and i could really use some feedback.
I tried to make it sound a bit western, but still keep it rather calm. Didn't want to make it to western, so to speak.

So, i wonder, what do you guys think? I'm not too sure about it overall, but want your feedback before i do anything.

A tiny part of the melody (0.40) is the same as (1.35) in your Hopeful Village, so if that's intended to be a reference then use a few more notes. Great song once again.

I thought this was good, good instrumentation. Though there's not much of a catchy melody; I'll be honest, the art of the hook is something we all struggle with

Thanks for poitning that out Solar. It wasn't meant to be a reference, so i'll have to fix that.
And, thanks Makkon. I'll try to get a catchy melody in there. Hopefully, it will turn out good.
