Hey guys,

In the past, Ponies at Dawn (or P@D for short) has released two compilation albums featuring the work of many excellent brony musicians, and are now proud to announce the opening of submissions for a third album - Crystal Skies.

The first album, Hold Your Rainbow, was a quiet start, but with the momentum built from that, the second album, Moonlight Vapours, was a massive success. It raised hundreds of dollars which allowed us to assist a couple of musicians in getting to PonyCon 2014, as well as advertise ourselves at the convention. Both albums were released on BandCamp with the pay what you want price model, and produced as CDs which were then sold at PonyCon Australia. We hope to eclipse the success of the last album with our latest venture and help out as many people as we can.

We're openly accepting music of any genre, from anywhere in the world. While our main audience is bronies, songs don't have to specifically be pony themed.

Anyone is allowed to submit, we do have a quality control on submissions, we'll be listening to and judging every track to make sure it holds to a certain standard of quality.

Definitely encourage people to take part as it'll be lots of fun and hopefully as successful as last time if not a bit more so. ^_^ Personally I'll definitely be making something for it and hopefully it's good enough to warrant a place on the album. :)

Well, my entry's pretty much done bar the mixing. Quite happy with it personally and it's the first thing I've finished in quite a while. Looking forward to seeing what other people come up with. ^_^ Only a month and a half left to finish up entries! :D They can be submitted here whenever, just to make it a little more obvious where they need to go. :)
