Dreams Don't Last Forever [RIP, Ethan]

Drocsid passed away yesterday. He was a musician, pretty active in the MLP community, and a great friend to lots of people. He never used MLR so I'm not sure how many of you know him, but it wouldn't hurt to help the cause.

I'm creating a compilation album for him. It's paid, and I am going to give all of the money it earns to his family. I talked to his friend on Skype yesterday, and I'll give more information after I work out the details.

You may choose one (or more) of three things for this album:
- Make an original tribute song
- Remix a tribute song
- Remix a song by Drocsid/Recordatio (he had 2 aliases)

Again, whether you knew him or not, this is still a very sad time for many of us and it would be appreciated if you helped the cause.

Songs are due by December 1st. I know that's a really short deadline but I want to help his family out ASAP.

I'm still trying to get my head around this. I was friends with him. We even talked about collaborating a few times, but it never happened.

I would say so. There's no reason for a tribute album / family fund raiser for someone who is not dead.
