The Lesser Knowns 5: New Beginnings

HELLO!

Now that I've got your attention, let me explain a few things to do with TLK and the direction it's taking.
Okay, first off, Belgerum called it quits in the chat. He's deleted like, everyone from skype (or maybe just me LOLIDUNNO) and left it up to the TLK skype chat to organise what we'd be doing in the future.
OKAY, fast forward to a few days ago, Viricide Filly (That's me) and Airdrop/Jokull (That's my friend) decided to make TLK5! well, I decided, then he offered to help. IT WAS MY IDEA. MINE.
Silliness aside, Belgerum has left the lesser knowns community and it's up to us to revolutionize the next volume.

The Lesser Knowns 5: New Beginnings was a title suggested by LFP, and it's quite an apt title. We have a new bandcamp, new charity, and anypony who participated before can participate again in this completely new volume of the TLK series. We're working hard to get everything sorted, we're getting support etc and we're going to try our hardest to make this happen.

BUT.

We need YOUR support. TLK4 fell completely flat. We need the help of the brony music community and anypony who IS a brony and who does music to make TLK5: NB work to the full extent of what we're imagining it's going to be.
We've decided to set the FINAL deadline to THE NEW YEAR. New Beginnings will be an album full of promises for 2014, hence "New Beginnings". You see where I'm going with this?
If YOU'RE participating (and PLEASE do!) then please add me on skype (dude) at DS26662, and ask to be added to the TLK chat. You can also participate without being added to the official skype chat (you unsociable swine), but you'll still need to add me on skype, or you can ask me for my gmail and send your teasers/WIPs and final songs that way too.

Okay, so, the final deadline for the songs is December 10th. This gives other musicians time to remix some of the songs for the album!
Teasers/WIPs must be due in by November 10th. You can release small minute long teasers on your soundcloud or youtube or whatever to give this project much more publicity.

whoa whoa whoa. SERIOUSLY WHAT. I never said I was quitting on anything, nor have I deleted ANYONE from my contacts on skype. I'm still the same old belgerum09. I may have left the TLK Chat for now, since I feel like I could be more productive at college without it just sitting around gathering messages, and I'm trying to start a life outside of internet dicking around, but I don't believe I have told anyone that I have given up on TLK.

That said, I am not in a really good position to be organizing such albums at the moment, so if you do want to make TLK5 happen, and use the deadlines you currently are using, I'm not gonna be able to help much.

If you want to start this project without me, feel free to do so, and I'm not offended in any manner. In fact, I'm somewhat flattered that the community built off the project wants to continue doing these.

But just for the record, I'm still here, and I'll still do what I can if you guys ask.

Hoo boy. You do know I could just give access to the TLK Bandcamp to someone else, right? I mean, if you want to start from scratch with a new account, feel free to, but if you do want to post it under the TLK bandcamp, that's certainly possible.

Also, yoursiblings.org is the charity that TLK 1-4 raised money for, so I don't see how that's new.

Anyway, I dunno if I can make a track for this, or do much as I am in the middle of a college year, but I would just like to state that I AM STILL ALIVE, and if you guys want to make a TLK album project, feel free to ask me stuff, and I can help however I can.

EVERYPONY can try! The only requirement is that you try your absolute best. There's no set theme, but if you want to go for one related to being lesser known or whatever that's nice, do whatever comes to imagination.
