when submitting, what should be the Sample rate (44.1 - 96) and Bit Depth (12 - 32) and also the Dither (I know to submit a .WAV already)?

The dither depends on the track. Try all of them and see which one sounds best.
As for the sample rate and bit depth, I'd think 44.1 and 24, but don't quote me, I'm just guessing.

Also, are we allowed to submit FLAC instead of WAV? (because lossless compression)

And theeeres my problem. Seeing as this song will kinda be my debut into the whole bandless-brony music thing, I don't have a logo or anything of the sort yet. Again, I wouldn't be able to make my own either, cos I suck at computer arts and editing.

Ill probs end up having a random one from google image, but right now I just want to see if any one out there could help with developing a pretty simple idea i have for a pic for when I put it up on YouTube. And where I could find this person

So, not that anyone cares, but as of now I am probably completely out of this. My laptop kersploded, but thankfully my external HHD did a backup the morning of the day it stopped working. I have a crappy old desktop but at this point I'm just completely unmotivated to finish any of the 6 song stubs I started for this, or the almost finished track as well.

Maybe next year.

my External Hard Drive died and i had it for only a week... that didn't stop me (Even thought there where like one hundred Presets i made for massive, a few of which sounded exactly like Skrillex)

Oh, dang Well I hope you manage to power through it and get the track finished, but if not, sad to see you go and hope you come back swinging next year. Reckon you're gonna finish the track even if you don't make the deadline, or are you done with it? Would be a shame for all the work to have been for nothing.
