Inorite? Kind of figures, though. It is fast and can be stylish.

While DnB is one genre that is fast and stylish like the mascot calls for, there are a bunch of genres that are widely being ignored by all these DnB people that would also suit the album perfectly. Notable genres would include, epic trance, electro house, breakbeat, industrial electronic rock, or heavy metal. Stuff like "Trash Glamour Rock Chick" by Blue Stahli, for example, seems to be incredibly absent from the MLR community. And that song ain't DnB. Either most of the participants in R&R simply don't know any other existing or fast genre other than DnB, or they don't mind doing what everyone else is doing and being unoriginal. I kinda had high expectations for this album because I thought it was going to be pretty diverse in terms of musical genres, but instead, it seems like we're going to get a huge compilation of DnB instead. Not to say DnB is bad - I quite like DnB - it's just that it's not the only music genre out there, you know?
Musicians would rather go with the crowd and what they think is cool than be original and unique. It's like they are ignoring what being a musician is all about, and that's pretty lame to me. But hey, I'm still totally looking forward to "Arrivederci II." Orchestral DnB is pretty much insanely wonderful.
I know, but by "creator of the song", I mean the person who will be posting it to their youtube channel and soundcloud or whatever. That's why collabs annoy me, lol. It feels like if you put it up on your channel, you're insulting your partner by claiming the credit for the song. Afterall, how many times have you found a collab song that you liked and subed to the collab partner instead of the channel of the person who submitted the song to it? And then if you put the song on one person's youtube and the download on the other person's soundcloud, that's a bit confusing for some people.ExoBassTix wrote:We created the song together ._.

I'm hopefully submitting an orchestral track and a bossa nova :>ChocolateChicken wrote:I kinda had high expectations for this album because I thought it was going to be pretty diverse in terms of musical genres, but instead, it seems like we're going to get a huge compilation of DnB instead.
