Ive been playin the mlp fim ISO from gameloft recently on my ipad, add me if you want. My ID is LaGxCelestia. But i looked up the 17th mark like a week ago and ya it is 16 bars long. But as i said in the update, "you can make a bass drop as long as you want or you can you up to 16 bars." So you decide how long you want your bass drop to be.
