First of all, I would like to redirect you to a certain Makkon post from the Remix war V thread. I share much of his attitude here, and strongly advise you listen to him as well.

No, you're not finished. None of you are. You were given over a month to work on your music, and I'll be damned if you don't use it. Polish the track, make it better, tweak it; improve it in every imaginable way possible. This is what the Remix War is all about. You might not have to pass your track through a board of judges to be published next to any of the big names, but what you will be losing is your artistic integrity. I don't know about you, but I can't sleep well if I publish a song that I didn't give my all.

SO YOU AREN'T DONE.

While I will say the above, If you are going away on a trip for some time, or for some reason, you find that it's impossible for you to make any changes because of technical/physical difficulties, I will tell you that final entry submissions will have to go to 4thImpulse through PM on MLR. The reason that Final entries must be sent to him is because he is the mod for the Bandcamp page of TLK1, so we figuredit'sbebest if he posted album #2 there.

Okay, a few annoncements now that the 27th is over.

4 people have refused to return contact to me whatsoever, and have not gotten their works in progress in. Therefore, the following will be cut from the album, and will not be able to get back in.

I wish I could've been around this album more but I had no time to spare.

That said get your tracks to me as soon as you finish them, don't wait until the deadline if you don't have too.

Another thing, and it should be obvious but some people didn't check the final track before submitting it to me (not going to say any names), please check your track and make sure every sound is the way you want it before sending me the file.

As I believe we sorted out earlier, due to the large number of people submitting tracks for the album, we were splitting it into two releases, one week apart. The 12th would be when the first 20 people would get released, and then a second album would be released with the rest a week later, on the 19th.

Umm... no. The quality control will be mainly to eliminate any troll entries, but we shouldn't have to worry about that much.

The album organization hasn't been decided quite yet. I believe last time we discussed it, the best option we thought of was to just order it by the sign-up dates, hence why the OP has kept that order. Therefore, the people who signed up for the album first would go on the first album, and the others would go on the second. Alphabetical was also brought up, and a couple of others, but it definitely won't be by any apparent judgeing of track quality that determines the order.

Silly as in something that is poorly mixed and designed, something that would look vastly inferior when put beside the other tracks.

This album is more more the 'lesser known' artists who have experience rather then the 'I have been producing for two weeks and make the best dubsteps with modern talking and vengeance samples' artists. That is supposed to be comedic, I have nothing against modern talking and vengeance samples but the 'newer' producers tend to use them more.
