Also, just submitted my entry too. Hopefully the judges will like it.
I've been doing a mix of sleeping and video-render-waiting today. I stayed up till 3:00AM last night trying to get the best mix, and I'm pretty confident with this one. Submitting it in perhaps an hour or so.
it's fine to post it so long as it's only a few minute demo/wip. It helps to get people interested in it. just don't release the full song. getting close, so here's a short demo for those interested

art is the quintessential embodiment of telepathy, it is how we show each other the inside of our minds
I posted my submission on Soundcloud. 2 people favorited it. 1 person commented and I replied. I made it private. I also made the Youtube video private.

That should be fine. I don't think that the judges will throw you out because of a silly little mistake
Well i have vast majority of track done but am hoping to have andtherainfall add guitars and do a little tweaking as a collab. Not sure if we'll make the deadline but am really hoping to.

Yeah, those deadlines like to sneak up on me too XD I hope you get it in on time
Talk to me! I'm on Skype and Steam by the same name (and capitalization) (you can call me, but I don't have a camera)
I finally got my visualizer mixed into my new artwork, uploaded, and submitted. This time around is MUCH better than a month ago. I dropped any references I had outside this fandom, and I fixed alot up. Circuitfry told me that my track had amazing vibrancy, so I built off of that strong point. It's kindof an experimental steampunky orchestral industrial dubstep. Hopefully this track is gonna fit into this album. Hoping the best for all of you guys too!

I really need help now. First - Is it 'hard' enough? No? Thought so.
Second - how can i improve it? I haven't been around for very long, so I really need the constructive criticism. I can take it. After all, I'm new.
I'm begging down on my knees.
PS Third - is the audio in the embedded video working?
I can tell you that you need a good drum kit. Just some quiet bass kicks aren't gonna get you very far. Your teaser is a very good conceptual piece, and could work for dubstep before the drop, but if your whole track is like this, it's not gonna make it probably.

Not bad. Though I'd say it isn't really hard enough :/ That right there would be a great intro though, so if you don't make it into APM, I suggest using that as the intro for another track.

NOTE: The name of the album is "After Party", but the name of this project is "The After Party Mix". Kind of like the difference between "100% No Feeble Cheering" and "Balloon Party".
