I have the same problem, but I haven't started writing lyrics yet.
Before then, I could do with some feedback - I redid the solo last night.

I hate doing neurofunk, when I try to make it, My CPU crashes, That's why we resample,

Of course. As long as it is really dark.

Example: slamming death metal. Definitely dark enough, and is hardcore. Neurofunk is fine. Breakcore is fine. Hardstyle is fine. Dubstep is fine (as long as you're not trying to be Skrillex; that's too happy).

Non-example: happy hardcore. Happy, therefore not dark enough. Unless you can figure out how to make satanic happy hardcore, but then it isn't happy anymore.

Also, it doesn't necessarily have to be hardcore either, just dark. Any genre, as long as it is dark.

Yeah, it's definitely dark...it's what was going to be on Pinkamena Party, but didn't because I originally couldn't get the kick down nor could I successfully master at the time.

Plus it gives me more time to fix the vocals and if worse comes to worst, I have another dark track I'm working on just because, haha..

EDIT: *I have LOTS of dark tracks now that I'm working on. :/

This is giveing me some srsly killer sounds! Probably not gonna use it for this album, since im so near completion. In the future though, this will probably be my go-to synth for violent bases and crazy noises.

ooh nice I like it. I've been getting into experimental lately, and am cooking up something for this. Psytrance at 99 bpm. It's proving difficult to make pone psytrance with out sampling though, since this will have money involved.
