I think a max track limit's ridiculously silly, but that's just me.

Anyways, I'll try and come up with some electro swing-ish. Can we have drops, or does it solely have to be swing and classical oriented? Electro swing with funky drops can sound awesome as fuck.
We breakfast is e

House. Glitch Hop. IDM. Breakbeat. Chillout. Footwork. Lo-fi. Vaporwave. Noise. These are some of the genres I like to completely ruin.

Drops are fine like I said you can incorporate the genre with any other genre as well

And as for the track limit we want to make sure we have the highest quality
in the songs so hats mainly just a rough estimate that we can work with and then go from there SOS we can make sure we let everyone know what we are expecting by putting a limit

Y'know guys, Derpy Swing 1 took 6 months before it got published, it got cancelled once, and you eventually got just 5 tracks on it. Maybe instead of rushing ahead and doing another one you should consider that these should be a yearly or at most twice yearly event album (every 6 months). I'm not seeing why you think rushing ahead for a sequel will have success when you didn't organize well enough on the original. Even if that's 3 months away before this publishes that's not a lot of time to jump immediately into another one.

Well where I can completely understand where your going with this
The only reason
Derpy swings 1 was on a late release the first time was because of the people who ran it up for the first few months they didn't get the proper things doneand one of em had to leave so when I took over the project in late October it was already far beyond recovery so we had to just get a small fraction of what we Swede able to get to make sre it could at least get released.
This time however I am in complete creative control and management control in this album and I do not intend to let this slip away as it did last time.

This time we have many new things that have already been set in place
1. We have a Skype chat setup for easier communication as long as people don't abuse it.
2. We have awareness of the album this time around people know it is here now which will Gove it a boost in the number of people working on it
3. We have the time to pace ourselves with it this time and make sure everything gets completed efficiently and done ON TIME.

So just personally in my opinion liberally don't think this is rushed more of a resurrection of a failed project mainly to say hey this time we are ready which wasn't the case last time around everything was disorganized and taken apart when i took control that I barely got release but this time I have taken almost every precaution necessary in order to make sure this goes as smoothly as possible.
So with that said this album will continue as planned!

Hey, remember this was supposed to be a spinoff of Derpy's Wings?

Might wanna wait for Derpy's Wings 3 before this happens
Colorkek that makes computer noises.

What's my main genre? All of them.

Yeah to be honest, I'm not seeing all the buzz with this. Since Festival of Harmony and other stuff is also scheduled for release in early March (Had to decrease the deadline due to pop demand), and since the previous album hardly had any success, I'm not seeing a positive fate for this album. If it kicks off well enough, then I'm in, but otherwise, bleh.
