5-7-5 morae technically. Japanese syllables are on average a lot shorter than English ones, so a 5-7-5 haiku in English is a bit longer than a 5-7-5 haiku in Japanese. Some people who write haiku in English don't care and do 5-7-5 anyway, some use that as a maximum, some people do 2-3-2 stressed syllables and any number of unstressed, some people just say 3 lines and you should be able to read it slowly in one breath, some do other weird stuff to impose similar constraints.
That, plus these aren't really about nature so technically they're senryu rather than haiku
