This is actually a really cool one; at about 2:10 through In History, Maybe by SGaP there is a sample from from an indie game called Gravity Bone. The sample is heard when the player opens up a briefcase that gives mission directives. You can hear it at about 5:32 through this playthrough.

Also I just want to throw out a very bad instance of sampling in Robot Rock by Daft Punk. It seriously seems as though they just took Release The Beast by Breakwater, reordered it a little, added the vocals in, and called it there own. Damn shameful.
