Found Something Non-Pony/Awesome? Slap it in here!

Postby Dr_Dissonance » 18 Jul 2011 09:24

So, in order to keep Pony and Non-Pony in perfect Harmony, this is the Non-Pony equivalent of General Mumble's thread: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=117

Found something totally awesome that you just HAVE to share? Stick it here, someone might notice!

Overkillius starts us off with:

Crazy Bach!!!

I will continue with this:

Disco Beethoven!

SHOW ME SOMETHING AWESOME!!!

Don't know if there are a lot of dubstep likers here, but I'm gonna share some of my newest found awesome tracks.

Suddenly I feel hipsterish, since they're not very popular. (everyone of them has less then 2000 views)

She's (really is a bit of an awkward musician name, seeing as she's a he) is actually Polish, but yeah based on the fact that all his covers are pretty much Asian girls I'd imagine that's a common misconception.

This track probably has to be my favorite of his work:

Been listening to this album a lot lately, the lyrics are quite powerful

This also isn't music, but I have to know if I'm the only one...

Sometimes, when watching Youtube videos that are simply a static image (of artwork for music, etcetera), I'm fooled into thinking that the image is slowly zooming in, or panning in one direction.

I can't be the only one... right?

In a lot of cases they do add a slight zoom to the artwork or slightly pan it

Again Pinkie Cake here bringing you dubstep.
Now not one song, a whole radio. I'm listening only to it in the past few days. Dubstep 24/7 with 3-6 dj mixes everyday and a chat with them.

I just posted this song in Technique asking about to emulate the guitar synth, so if anyone wants to help me with that...http://mylittleremix.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&p=2459#p2459.

I'm not going to say this is my favourite song ever, I don't think I could say that about any song, but this would be a top contender in any case.

It reminds me of my (now late) grandfather. I used to play Jazz Jackrabbit 2 with him every Sunday at his house.

So, as well as being a beautiful song, this song also has nostalgic value, and the ability to make me shed the occasional manly tear.

(It isn't actually 9 minutes long, the uploader just looped it)

I just love these guys! Blink-182 is still one of my fav bands! Best song introduction ever!

This song is just amazing. The 1990's Need For Speed game series was a huge part of my childhood. Saki Kaskas is one of my influences in making metal.

I've been subscribed to this guy SaladUK for some time now in youtube. He edits videos on dubstep and created funny or very awesome videos that way. And today I couldn't believe what I saw! He edited a video on our very own Alex S. song, sadly it wasn't a pony related song but now I'm jelly (in a good kind of way). Still maybe someone will stumble across his YT account and become a brony from his awesome dubstep.

That is all.
