I'm pretty chill this week actually. Shame people are still raging about R&R and One LAst Shot on tumblr tho. Kinda takes the fun out of a community project when that happens. PLUR guys. Look it up.

Oh my god, I opened up my current WIP and the only things that work are the samples and audio clips, none of the synths want to make any noise, so when I hit "play" it shows that they're playing in the mixer and stuff, but no noise is coming through my headphones. I was just about ready to punch somebody, bury their body underneath a set of train tracks 50 miles out in the middle of nowhere and then go back home, but then I found that for some reason, FL undid the send track I had pretty much everything routed through (because it's simpler to route everything through one send track and then put the SCC tools on that send track). So FL annoyed me there, but FL also has some really fucking annoying features. Like when I go to scroll through the playlist and accidently move the position of the playlist instead of scrolling.

Linux is a big PITA to configure for audio works. It's worth it in the end imo (better performance than Windows, especially as I don't have a good comp. plus there's many decent, free effects and DAWs), but still.

My recording equipment sucks.

My singing voice sucks.
