I'd think that hypnosis has roots in psychology, but I'm absolutely clueless on the subject, so that's just speculation.

All you really have to do is play along, follow what it says. If it says that you can't move, don't force yourself to move and say "haha, this is false, told you" pretend like you really can't move, and don't. But anyways, I suppose you guys are going to be skeptical. Regardless, I'm going to try tomorrow since I have to babysit today, and I'll come back with results.Will this make me go crazy?
