It's not a rip off. It's quite distinct from the other; I see no problem. (Besides, you'd essentially be getting mad about him ripping off a Britney Spears melody rather than their own, at least where vocals are concerned.)

Sounds like someone doing a cliche "jazz fusion" sound on the first one. Doesn't sound that much like the second one. I'm sure there may be a few more songs that you could dig up that would be similar as well but not worth really digging imo.

would be a shocker if it was, I mean, I knew Natsumatsuri from early childhood, and now I hear Jackle app's autumn, I love both songs but it's pretty bothering that a part of a song sounds similar, and understand that it's pretty hard to come up with something 100% original because you'll never know if someone else already done it before.

I don't think this is a big deal. I've also accidently copied other songs. Sooner or later it's going to be damn near impossible to come up with something 100% legit.

That said, it is pretty hard to distinguish whether or not someone is actually ripping someone off, or if they just did it by accident. I've also ditched a few projects once I realized they have a striking resemblance to another song.
