I don't know how Minecraft or its servers work. But perhaps Makkon would be willing to start a server, seeing as how his computer is allegedly THE MOST POWERFUL FORCE IN THE UNIVERSE aside from ponies

I host a server that you all can make home, hell, I have a few cities that you guys can build if you want, or do your own thing... if thats fine, but, sadly i am in the process of restoring backup of my server so its down for a bit

What's the server name? I'd love to join in. Is there a whitelisting? If so, add me; I go by Makkon on minecraft too.

BTW, the best seed name I've found is Glacier (including the caps)

I've already started the map, though if Glacier really takes the ice then I could always start another.

I'm connected to you via Hamachi, but I'm still unsure how I need to connect to your server. Even tying in your hamachi IP isn't getting me in. How have others gotten it to work, Mumble?

Yes, it's just not ALWAYS on. Because my PC is an electricity suck so I won't often leave it on overnight unless I know people are in the server or whatever. I'll have the server run on startup from now on too, incase I forget. I don't think you are doing anything wrong.

Sounds like fun if this is still going =) I haven't played minecraft properly for a fair while. I'd probably only end up playing with note blocks eventually though xD

It's still going, it's just not always on. Whenever my main PC is on, the server is on. I'll message you later about it or something?

Ooh, minecraft!

I loved playing it back in alpha, haven't played it so much recently. I'm not all too thrilled with all the RPG elements they've thrown in like potions, but I'm hoping I can get used to them.

My server is just running the new creative mode anyway, so no RPG elements, just flying around and making stuff.

It ranges, sometimes midnight, sometimes 5am. any time between I guess.

If people are playing on the server when I go to bed though, I'll just leave it on. I'm wonderful like that.
