Hey Gaiz i need some help

Postby Trillionage » 07 May 2012 21:36

Just recently i found these:

On Ebay and i want to know if any of those are a good choice. I kinda want a MIDI keyboard. Though i could also find others on Ebay, but i would like an opinion on these to keep in mind.

I personally would stay away from ebay when buying a midi keyboard. Whats your budget? and do you have previous piano experience? These keyboards you showed don't look fullsize (meaning they are squished).

That said I would go for the AKAI only because its a well known name in the industry.

I have some level of piano experience. My budget is 50-60 dollars. That's why i want to try to get a relatively cheap keyboard or one that i could pay with pay pal. The AKAI seems good, but it seems to be designed more for the iphone than pc.

I didn't notice that, have you tried looking at the used market? You will want one that has full sized keys so it feels like a piano and not a small toy.

When i get to NYC i'm going to search around on Craigslist. While a big one would be great, i travel and i would like to have a more compact one available.

Then a 25 Key one would be perfect as they usually fit in a backpack quite easily.
