So I played this game called SCP-87

Scp-87 didn't really strike my fancy. Sure, it definitely had a creepy as hell atmosphere and knew how to freak you out quite well with noises(something many games abuse and just turn out silly), but it was literally a corridor simulator. I can't really overlook the linearity and annoyingness of how the game is literally "walk around until you die". While it was quite creepy, that was literally all the game had to offer, and that just isn't enough to call it good.

Scp containment breach, on the other hand... While it is still essentially walking down a corridor, it changes it up a little bit by adding actual gameplay and map design, although it still has that corridor feel. And on top of that, it's fucking terrifying and a blast to play.

I played this one as well, but it glitched so badly I never got past the first stage.

Just saying, on the SCP wiki, the articles for SCP-087, the stairwell, and SCP-173, the statue in containment breach, are really well written. Even regardless of how short SCP-173's article is, they both have this cold, hard, efficient style of writing, moreso than the other articles. It really plays into the whole 'government operations' style of the site.
