Alright well, let's get this done with:

-I'm 14 years old.
-Twilight is my patron pony
-I'm learning to compose
-I have a vast knowledge of music theory
-You give me a song, I can give you just about all the information you need to know about this song
-I was convinced by my friend The Color Twelve to come here and give some constructive criticism
-I will manely (pun intended) be hear to help people with there projects by offering advice with what they can do with instrumentation and patterns basically just to over all improve the flow of the song.
-I will start composing as soon as I get a midi board.
-I like old music (late 1960's and earlier) the most when it comes to casual listening
-Listen to pretty much any genre
-Favorite pony is Fluttershy or RainbowDash (I cant choose between coolness or adorableness /)'3'(\).

Oh well, probably should've done this earlier.....

Hello!
-I play mainly two instruments, piano (9 1/2 yrs) and drums (6 1/2 yrs).
-Most of my stuff is piano improvisations, but I compose songs now and then (instrumentals).
-I'm also working on learning to sing and play the guitar.
-My current DAW is GarageBand, but I'ma probably going to switch to Logic.
-I listen and enjoy almost any genre of music, though my favorites are prog and alternative.
-Favorite pony is Rainbow Dash, with Applejack and Derpy tied for second.
-I usually go by runningdrummer, but my artist name is LoreRD or just Lore
-I'm here to make music and help people out via critique

And.....um......that's about it......

HI GURLZ!

Finally, I'm here to spam you with my irrational posts, like this one, where I just wanted to say "hi" and then my mind just wanted to takatakatakataka some letters on the keyboard, so I did all he said to me without even one single buckin' thought.

Perhaps I should write few things about myself, soooo... yes. I'm white pony with black mane, same black cyberpunk goggles and equalizer spectrum as cute mark. My goal is to overtake internetz with my harsh music full of scary motifs and nice bass.

I like to travel around many genres: dubstep, drumstep, house, electro, complextro, glitch, dnb, industrial and probably many more as my music soul continue to extend. I don't really think that much about this, my style demands me to mix everything.

I'm working on latest FL Studio, my true DAW-of-choice. Freesound is my favourite site with specific samples. I'm very good at sampling and mixing, but I'm still learning how to make proper mastering and synthesis. And how to try NOT to copy my favourite artists, like many of us do.

My major inspiration are top producers orbiting around Mau5trap and OWSLA, like Feed Me, Noisia, Kill the Noise, Skrillex or Deadmau5, but there is something else too. After I abandoned production like almost two years ago, some special group of people gave me a small spark. Last year, after a stunning (second) big ponymeet in Wrocław, I turned out, that it's possible to end one of my old tracks. And I just did it, but it was not enough. After that I needed few months and prepare to make some serious noise. Bronies made me do it, I would never begin production again without them.

So here I am, enjoy my stay.

Yay, an introduction thread. :D

There might be exactly two members of this forum who know my name. They call me JayB, Hanni or just Johannes. I'm 23 now and make music since I was 5. I learned keyboard / piano for 12 years, taught my self guitar and a little bit drums.

I'm a human, I'm a brony, I'm a furry. How I look like as a pony you can see in my avatar. I'm a bright yellow-greyish unicorn with a brown shaded mane and green eyes. My cutie mark are three crossed tuning forks which is because I'm kind of Yamaha junkie. xD

My music can be basically described as trance, especially uplifting trance and progressive trance. If I'm not in the mood for trance I do rock, pop, rnb, whatever I want.

Uhm... yeah, that's about it. PM me to still your couriosity. :)

Hello, I am very new here. I am a 19 year old individual living in the US. I have slight experience with audio engineering in a live environment, but would like to develope skills for creating my own music. Generas I enjoy are Heavy Electro, House, and Hardstyle. I decided to try out this forum in hopes for motivation to pursue my goals.

If there are any threads that I should read through, that would be helpful as I don't have the motivation or time to read every thread on this site. I also have some questions about production, where should I ask those?

Thanks, and I look forward to chatting with you.

Well hi there, Project Crusader! I'll attempt to answer your questions... Still, no promises

Here is the semi-official MLR Music Guide, with links to all sorts of cool stuff (I'd personally recommend checking out the ill.Gates video linked there if you want to be super-serious about music).

I'd spend some time browsing the Technique subforum. Don't have to read every thread, but if you see a title that piques your interest, jump right in, and if you can't find what you're looking for after the first 5-ish pages, feel free to make a new topic about it, because pretty much everyone who knows anything around here is willing to lend some advice now and then :D

If you notice any particular names that seem to float around and offer advice more reliably than anyone else, I'd ask them for their Skype or something. Always nice to know a few of our resident gurus :D

But yeah, I hope you can get those answers you're looking for and then get to enjoying your stay at the most insane friendly brony music forum evar!

hello everypony, i'm wu long cha! i've been a long-time lurker of mylittleremix, and i finally thought it was time to create an account! i'm female (i think) and i'm a vocalist. i just turned 18 several months ago so yeah, I'M AN ADUUUUUUUULT TOO

i accompany myself on ukulele and occasionally guitar. i guess my music delves a bit into jazz/folk? i really don't know.

i don't have a lot of fancy recording gear, just this nifty logitech usb microphone i bought a while ago (whose neck i managed to break so now i prop it up with a plastic drinking cup) and much of my music is recorded in audacity, with minimal editing, all in a single take.

in my spare time i crochet, draw crappy tuxpaint/mspaint pictures, and reflect on my poor life choices. my favorite pony is either applejack or apple bloom.

pleased to meet all of you lovely folk!

Hello! My name's NewWorldMare. (If you get the pun, congratulations - and perhaps you're as much of a Rush fanatic as I am. ALBUM IN TWO DAYS) I've been playing the piano for about ten years now, concentrating on jazz and improvisation. Recently (as in 7 months ago) I found ponies, and a couple of months later I found FL Studio, and I've made some music. I want to learn more instruments, collaborate with people, and in general have fun making music. Pleased to meet y'all!

Hello, I'm Kurtis, aka SoulReaper630
-I'm 14 (I'm hoping I don't get stereotyped because I'm 14, I am in no way like your basic 14 year old.)
-I enjoy music, ponies, art, and video games.
-I want to make electro house
-Eager to learn and quite frankly cant wait to learn
- DAWs are Ableton and FL Studio
-I'm hoping to be a producer/DJ to help me pay my way through college when I'm older, Figured I'd start now.
-I love Doctor Who
-I'm a Redditor

That's pretty much all you need to know. I hope to be a good contribution to the music part of the fandom and will be happy to work collabs with anybody and will do my best to help.

I think there are quite a few artists in this community in that age range, but that's beside the point, age doesn't matter here and welcome to MLR! :D
