You know how people are sellin phones for thousands of dollars because of flappy bird? I sold mine as well. Not for a thousand, but for 500. I had an iPhone 3GS and sold it for 500. I got it for only 100 and it really sucks because it is outdated. So I am going to use the money as well as some I saved to get an iPad mini with retina display.

nice what are you doing for a phone then?

So my iPhone never had service on it. I used it basically as an iPod. So yea. I don't actually have a cell phone. I use iMessage on my phone and an app called Pinger to text and call non apple devices. So yea.

Trying to write an MLP-Myst crossover fanfic, and I find out it's been done before (though undeveloped and discontinued).

Time to smack some bitches.

EDIT - oh and that beautifully random moment when I stumble upon a brony who is also heavily a Myst addict and knows the D'ni.
Well isn't that nice :D

I have thought about doing that before. I still have some docs lying around on my computer with the ideas.

I'm working on an entry for the contest that Tombstone's running. In some ways, I think my work is really cool, but in other ways, I have no idea what I am doing.

Ugh...
I feel pretty upset right now.

Had a little conversation with my parents at dinner, about my girlfriend coming over this thursday (she'll also sleep here, yay). They asked me where I thought she could sleep.

And eventually it turned out they were abusing my skill of being a natural party, not really choosing sides and really absorbing all negativity about my parents trying to subtly explain whey they don't agree with polyamory being a thing (my gf's poly). And just spent the last hour talking with my gf and her other bf (they're both from the CCL too)... I'm frustrated.

I should just return to playing Myst, but apparently it's 10:15PM, which means I'm 45 minutes late with going downstairs, which means I'll get a shouting at by my parents.

Many people (including me) have tried to make something like that and failed.
You can find my failed attempt here

Other than that I have no idea. I think it's just better to let people release their music on their own. There can be a special bandcamp tag for pony related music if people want to do that, so people can just put "my little pony" in and find albums under that tag etc. Or soundcloud. Idunno.

I think if maybe all of the people who have tried got together and ran one together it would possibly be more successful... But the thing is starting a label is hard because you need to get your labels name out there first.

Well, I'm not saying this to get your hopes up, but I do want you to know that since balloonparty.bandcamp.com is gone forever, I (and a few others helped) decided to open up mylittleremix.bandcamp.com, which would also be the place to be for the BP and R&R albums (along with future albums in the bronyquest series). I could throw something in the discussion about making it a bandcamp that also hosts other collective MLR releases.

That might be worth mentioning.

Otherwise, in regards to getting the word out, all of us artists who decide to participate it could advertise the group on our own channels. And then we would also have a thread about it on mlr. Might be helpful
