The hugging/venting thread

Sports, politics, movies, videogames, questionable hobbies, photos from your family vacation, etc. Talk about stuff that isn't ponies or music. But do try to stay on topic and respectful of alternate opinions.

Set aside the time to spend with your parents. You may not think so now, but you will not regret it in a few years. If you have a good attitude and actually enjoy some time with them, the whole atmosphere is better.

Chances are, they are offended and see it as if you think your electronics are more important to you than they are. Show them otherwise, it's part of loving.

AND TALK TO THEM!
Really, I bet they aren't total grinches. If you put enough effort into pleasing them, they are the more likely to try and help you with your needs. If it means that you need to give up something then so be it. If they are being unreasonable, try and let them know in the most gracious way you can. Be clear with them.

I'm too affectionate and lovey dovey. I need an outlet for all this love power. I wish chrysalis was real. I would be able to feed her army for 600 lifetimes with all the love I've got bottled up in here.

She wouldn't even need to waste energy turning into something else. I love her in her default form lol.

I channel my love into loving everybody, in a friendly manner.

Not wasting all my love on one person :p

Then I won't be able to have any consensual love to give to my friends.

Mutagen, Relationships don't need to be stressful. Of course, I think I'm one of the older blokes here (28 = geezer, amirite?), so I've been through plenty of rough experiences, more than a few of which have made me say "SINGLE 4 EVA." Suffice it to say, I'm very happy with the arrangement I have right now. :)

Codeum, I don't know if I may have any useful advice to offer, but you're welcome to PM me and talk about it; I'll certainly listen. I'm a pretty gosh darn affectionate fellow, myself, so I think I get where you're coming from. Whatever the case, I really hope things improve for you in the acquiring-affections department.

I'm thinking about dropping this fandom. I don't feel like it's getting me anywhere and the bright colors and the poeple in this fandom are starting to give me a headache. I'm tired of seeing it everywhere I turn.

I know that feel bro. If airsoft taught me anything, it's that despite how much time you spend fixing shit, it will eventually break. No matter how much shit-proofing I put in my gun, the field will have it's way if I don't maintain it. So I always make sure to try to delay that as much as possible. But then again, I have a robotics lab and freshman interns at my disposal who I can dump stuff on.

@Codeum, A name has to be significant to you for it to be any good. Don't try and think of something that sounds good, think of something that sounds like you.

While a good sounding name isn't bad, it isn't essential and certainly won't affect your popularity (unless, y'know, you call yourself "n00bSl@y3rb1tcheez!!1!1").

Well you could try making something to do with Snow Leopards as they're so ...important (I'm sorry I don't know if this is the right word; I'm not a furry and can't speak the lingo) to you.

I dunno. Start from the significance then work out to a good name.

Turns out i made a whole thread of users hate me from one thing.
A popular user decided to start name calling and telling me off, unprovoked, so i banned him for ONE FUCKING HOUR
He talked to the admin of the site, got unbanned early, and basically slandered my name.
Wish i could hang here all day, but the amount of people is low so responces are too... (i still love you all though ^_^)
Bleh, if anyone know how to change my name too thats great!
