The unusual gear comes from a variety of fetish clothing designers, like Demask, Lady Lucie (UK designer/model - she did my top hat), Latex Nemesis, Vengeance Designs, etc. I think most of that outfit comes from Demask. The gas mask and goggles are the only things I picked up from Ebay.
