OMG do I have a story to tell
so if you read the hugging/venting thread you know that I am deeply in love with one of my closest friends and am finding it hard to tell her that. But today she was talking about this song from a mix CD I made for her birthday. It's called Gathering Stories by Jonsi. Anyway she said every day on the way to school her bus goes over a really scary rickety foggy old bridge and every time they do she listens to that song on her iPod because she would be willing to "die to that song"
When she told me that I cried tears of joy inside :)
And we're gonna go see Sigur Ros together, soo excited!! <3 (in case you do not know Jonsi is the lead singer of Sigur Ros)

Also I think I did OK on that stupid photosynthesis test. Yay.

EDIT: Lovely music, Nine Volt! Very unique!

Aww thanks :3
I hope I do not chicken out or something
I'd be willing to die to that song too... It's so beautiful...

Here's a secret: before I gave her that CD that song reminded me especially of her for just one line out of the whole thing. Then I looked up the official lyrics of the song and turns out Jonsi was sayin something completely different and I misheard it because of his accent. But on the bright side, I get to write the song I thought I heard, because my subconscious invented it!
Hmm... "The Song I Thought I Heard..." That would be a good title.

Just finishing a review session of my first album with one of my friends.
Fortunately there are just a few things here and there on the mixing section.

And if it everything comes as planned I'll be able to release it this month!!

Good news everyone.

I have just finished my largest music project ever and feel accomplished because of it.
I will now hunker down and make some minimalistic synth again.
Mad tunes on my channel yo.

I just got back from a camping trip with my neighborhood. My neighbors (the ones my age) are some of the most petty, crude, immature, and annoying people I know. Like seriously any activity always ends up with three of them just yelling at each other. They're all hormonal alpha-male control freak types and if something doesn't go their way they yell. A lot. So the trip was super unpleasant until last night. I just decided to ditch the tent and sleep outside under the stars and stuff. And that made all the unpleasentries worth it. Just staring up at the cloudless night sky with nothing but space in between me and the stars. Ahhh yeah.

Got news from my first scholarship. I'm $2000 closer to not owing my parents money for college (Though I can spend the money however I like). Oh, and I have 8 days left of school (Though graduation isn't for another month and a half. It's sort of weird.) and the job that I should get wasn't sequestered. So my life is looking up.

I'm all moved in to the new place, got the PC set up so I can get back to work on music stuff.

Also, I'm gonna finish school really soon, I have slightly mixed feelings about that, but I'm really looking forward to making my own plans instead of whatever the school plans out for me. Plus having more time to work is gonna be pretty good. But on the flip side I'll be in the real world all of a sudden, that'll be interesting.

Very very close to finishing my computer, I just need to run out and get an HDMI cable and Molex 3-pin connector for the last case fan, than I can hide all the cables at the back of the case and I'm done. I've connected the power supply and a green light on the motherboard lit up, but I still need to get a monitor hooked up so I can see everything. Other than that, a tiny mistake I made was, when I applied the thermal paste, a small little string accidentally fell out of the tube and got a tiny bit on this black little plastic square on the motherboard, so I'm convinced it won't destroy the motherboard but I'm really hoping it doesn't. Also, it really felt like I was pressing really hard to get my aftermarket heatsink on. Like, I'm also hoping that I didn't break the CPU, lol. I most likely didn't and everything will turn on and work perfectly fine when I connect everything and turn it on

...

Right?

On Monday, my play production teacher chewed the class out because people were coming to rehearsal high. He said he still didn't know if we were going to do a final play for the year. Well today he informed us that we will be doing a play, and now is our chance to prove to him that we are the team he thinks we are.

We're going to fuck this play up.

CapFluff, everyone should go completely sober for the rest of the rehearsals, then you all should show up totally baked for the actual production. And record it :3

Tomorrow is my official music-anniversary (and only three days before my birthday)! I guess I've technically been doing this for closer to 13-14 months, but I decided to go by the date of my oldest surviving Youtube upload, which is one year old tomorrow! I've got a fun track ready and everything :D

Today's my brother's birthday, and on the 21st, it'll be one year since I've started producing music.

Also today LK-47 followed me. I'd say it's a sign.

So my computer is up and running now :D Only problem, is that the little fucker won't connect to the internet because of a problem that a ton of people have had before (The RealTek Network Adapter/Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep Mode enabled Please Plug the Cable), but I don't have many of the software options or such that they have, so my problem is about 100x more complex than the majority of theirs. But still glad to have my computer up and running.
