Okay here's my feeling on the issue: IDGAF.

Okay, seriously, what brought us all here was our love for tiny, multicolored horses teaching about love and friendship, and the fact we're musicians made that bond tighter. How serious can you take that concept? Fighting among ourselves is enough to make trolls point and laugh. I personally have met some of my best friends in this fandom, and I'll be damned if I let a few spoiled, entitled douchebags to ruin it. I myself am an easy guy to please, so the series is still very much worth watching. Hell, a bad episode is better than watching a good Honey Boo-Boo.

Fandom wise, again I have some of my best friends in this fanbase, but every fandom has their nutcases and vocal minority. The point it so keep calm and watch ponies. And not a single f*ck was given that day.
