So, I know that many musicians in the brony community (and in general) are releasing albums. I know that as a fellow musician, releasing albums is pretty exciting. So, here's where I'll let people pretty much promote their upcoming albums! Just a quick overview of an upcoming album, EP, or project that you're working on. If it's in its more completed stages, you may post a tracklist, and some other stuff. I'll start:

So, I'm releasing a new album this coming March entitled "Tequila Mockingbird", to be released on CDs and Digital Download via iTunes. It is a mix of experimental, electro house, minimal, and oldschool dubstep, and features some remixes from Hexon.K, City 17, and Aviators (*yay*).

I've had this idea for a while. It's been gnawing at me. I need to do it. It's going to happen. An album that's set up as an MLP movie, starring, you guessed it, Vinyl and Octavia pitted against eachother. It's like a regular two parter episode. In fact, the album's gonna be split into two parts, and it's gonna go balls to the wall. I'm writing the script right now.

First I need to write it.
Then I'll write the music.
Then I'll go get the VAs.

You know, I never really thought about albums or EPs recently. I mean, I have all of my songs sorted into albums (one that's finished with 10 songs and another that only has 3) and I just add in songs to the current album as I finish them. But this really got me thinking, that in between songs I finished I should make another song, but not post it and once I get around 6 or so songs that I've finished but never posted, I'll just put them all together into one EP that I would release. onto bandcamp and soundcloud, but not youtube (sorta like what Omnipony does). Except I would release teasers of the songs on youtube, and then never respond to people inquiring about them. Just to mess with the people who would never check soundcloud or bandcamp.

I'm working on an EP that will be released on Bandcamp and Youtube with a little video promotion which will sample about 1 minute of each track. Not sure how I'm gonna promote it (outside of BC and YT) since it'll be pony related and will more than likely be overlooked, but whatever, never know till you try right? This song will be based on Twilight's POV after episode 2. Yeah, its another one of those 'what if' tracks =P. There's no release date as of yet since there's stuff going on in my personal life, both good and bad but hopefully nothing fatal, but if I had to give a date, mid-late December.

I'll get onto my album in the new year.

I had plans to do it this year, but my computer would have made it a nightmare in the final completion stages. I was thinking not explicitly pony, but heavily themed towards it. More creative freedom in my opinion. I'll have 6 originals by me, and 3 collabs with other artists (which I have yet to organize). The 6 by me will be my attempt at making music suited to each of the Mane 6's personalities, while the BG ponies will be the interpretation of myself and whoever I may be collaborating with.
